UMT United Mobility Technology AG continues to expand its footprint in the logistics sector with the addition of Loth Internationale Speditionsgesellschaft mbH as a new customer for its UMS Vision AI solution. The Munich-based technology company secured the logistics provider as a client for its artificial intelligence platform, which processes incoming transport orders automatically without requiring prior training.

The AI solution extracts relevant information from variously formatted orders and emails, converts them into a unified electronic format, and dynamically assigns them to respective customers. UMS Vision AI's architecture recognizes customer-specific peculiarities and independently incorporates them into subsequent processes, leading to significant automation of core workflows and reducing error sources while delivering substantial time and cost savings through the elimination of interface problems between systems.

The company's growth in logistics automation comes alongside changes in its corporate governance. Manfred Danner stepped down from his position on UMT AG's supervisory board effective September 30, 2025. The company expressed gratitude for Danner's contributions and wished him success in future endeavors.

Tobias Wagner was appointed as the new supervisory board member effective October 1, 2025, following approval by the Munich Local Court. Wagner brings over 20 years of experience as a private banking expert and manager, having previously served as Department Head Northern Europe at Credit Suisse in Zurich and as a member of the Executive Committee at Société Générale SA. Since 2021, he has been Managing Partner at independent asset manager ULIT Capital AG, bringing expertise in corporate governance and strategy development in complex market environments.
